Hi everyone! How are you all doing? Hope you are all having a wonderful day. But if you are feeling a bit gloomy, here is a picture which will surely cheer you up..

Poof Happy

First of all I am very sorry for not blogging for a while. Since school has started I had become insanely busy with homeworks and all. I have to do a presentation about Globalization this Wednesday and I have only completed half of it. (And here I am procrastinating about it).  😦 Well I still have lots of time to finish it so no worries.

Today I thought that I would write a post about my favourite movies. You might not know this but I really enjoy watching movies (well duh everyone does. oops silly me :/ ) Though I don’t actually watch movies during school days, I definitely do watch them (a lot of them) during holidays. I do have quite a collection of DVDs but I mostly download movies from BitTorrent.Β  Does anyone of you also download movies from BitTorrent? Well it took me a while to narrow down the list of my favourite movies but I finally did it and here you go…

  1. Divergent

Yes yes I do really love Divergent. I found something about it very intriguing, maybe it was how courageous Tris was. When she first came to Dauntless, she was very unsure and not at all a fighter but at the end she became very confident. Her transformation is pretty visible. My favourite scene was her capturing the flag as it showed her bravery. This scene was filled with much excitement as we would all wonder which team would win this.

2. Frozen

I absolutely love Disney movies, I don’t know why but something about them brings back good old memories. This movies was not only fun to watch but had a kind of unexpected plot (in a good way by all means). Who knew that the answer to Elsa’s problems was love? And not just any kind of love, the sisterly bond that you share with your sister.

3. Monte Carlo

This movie was released in 2011. It is about three young women who have the time of their life when they had decided to spend a vacation in Paris. Have any of you seen this movie? If you haven’t then you have to because it is definitely worth watching.

4. Home alone 3

home alone movie

A classic comedy, the perfect one that is able to cheer up any gloomy person on any day. I remember watching this movie the first time.. Oh I laughed so hard at the traps the boy had made. Honestly speaking I have watched this movie 4 times and every single time it had managed to put a smile on my face. Ahhh I just love this movie… I can’t believe that this was released in 1997.. *shocked

5. The last but definitely not the least – Hotel Translyvania and Hotel Translyvania 2

Geez did I just mention two movies… hm that make it six movies.. Oh well
Both of these movies were just incredible. They were very funny, very enthusiastic and surely very entertaining. The first one I had watched at home and for the second one, I went to the cinema with my friends and we all had a wonderful time. Oh I wonder if there will be Hotel Translyvania 3? If that’s the case then I will be the first one in line to buy the tickets… (well that sounds impossible but what if it is possible?)

Hope you all enjoyed this post! What are your favourite movies?
Well see you all later… πŸ˜€

  1. I’ve watched every movie except the last one. I hear they are good.
I too loved Monte Carlo. I first thought of how can Selena really act in a movie. But she did a wonderful job. And the story somehow is very normal and simple yet beautiful. πŸ™‚
    Great choices! πŸ˜€
Are you a romantic movie lover? Or you love every genre?

    1. Oh. I agree Selena did an amazing job in Monte Carlo. In my opinion, the climax was unexpected. Thank you..
I actually enjoy any kind of movies but I guess the ones with love stories are always thrilling to watch. How about you?

      1. Then you should totally watch Made of Honor, The Notebook and One Day. They’re like the best romantic movies. However, I’m not a romantic genre fan. I love horror movies but I don’t get scared easily! ;P

        1. Thank you for the suggestions. Hopefully I will be able to watch them during the holidays. Oh I love horror movies too but I am scared to watch them alone. I am the exact opposite of how you are, I get scared very easily… πŸ˜›

          1. You should definately watch them soon. And I know that the characters are actually actors and there’s a human behind the ghost scenes, so I don’t get scared. But these things lessen the value of a good horror movie.

            1. I will. After the horror movie had begun, I would get so caught up in the story, I would unintentionally ignore these facts. I am assuming that you have watched the Conjuring. I have heard from my friends that this movie is all that is needed to scare the reality out of you so I am not willing to give to it a try.

              1. Yeah I watched it! And sadly it didn’t scare me. I watched it on my computer so I think maybe watching a horror movie in a movie hall can make me jump in my seat! I’ll try thay pretty soon too!
